One of the things that I've been working on this season is biking slower when I commute. I bike commute every day and most of these bike commutes are not "training", meaning that they're not intense, but are instead recovery rides. Typically last year I commuted at heart rates of between 120 and 130bpm. This Spring I've been working on lowering the intensity of my commuting. Yesterday was a record day.
